If you wish to seek repair, replacement or a refund for a product, please contact us firstname.lastname@example.org and we will explain the requirements to you. This may include you providing evidence of the faulty product to us.
If you are entitled to a refund, we will only give you the refund once evidence of faulty product is received by us, or we have received the product at our warehouse and inspected it and assessed whether it is eligible for a refund under our terms of sale. Any refund we make will be by the same payment method used to purchase the product.
You must adequately package any product you are returning for our collection to ensure that it is not damaged during return delivery to us. Please send the product you are returning to Unit 2/82 Sunnyholt Road Blacktown 2148 NSW, Australia.
You have a duty of care for the product while it is in your possession. If you damage products, then subsequently return the products, you may be liable to pay to repair the product to its original condition. In these circumstances, where a repair is not economically viable, no refund will be made.

Bowling Master uses a professional and reliable third party logistics company to deliver goods purchased via www.bowlingmaster.com.au to our domestic customers residing in Australia.
All deliveries within Australia are charged flat rate of $10.00.
When you place your order via our online shop, shipping fees will be detailed at our checkout.
Once you place an order via www.bowlingmaster.cricket we will dispatch your order within one business day.
Delivery times to NSW, VIC, QLD, SA and ACT
metropolitan area will take 1-2 business days
regional area will take 3-7 business days
Delivery time to TAS, NT and WA will take up to 4-10 business days.
Orders can be cancelled any time before shipping. In such cases refund will be processed through same mode within 10 working days. Products can be returned within 24 hours of orders delivery.
